The biggest challenge for this new condo project—as with all new developments—was that it hadn’t been built yet. Construction hadn’t even broken ground.
The Keeaumoku Development, LLC came to us with a blank-slate opportunity to help them develop a lifestyle video that embodied what life could look like while working, living and enjoying a condo development in the middle of Ala Moana.
But the vision of a young, community-centered development in the heart of Honolulu resonated with the team. We created five mini vignettes, following their stories as they move about their day, and conveying an enjoyable life close to work and play.
The project also included an economical solution for photography, using set ups and lighting from the video shoot.
Output + Distribution
90-second lifestyle video distributed across various social media platforms and the development’s website.
