Project Overview
Food seems to be at the center of all great gatherings. It’s no different for the Punahou Alumni Luau, even though it was a virtual event. In this pre-recorded video, Food Service Director Marcia Barrett Wright explains just how much effort goes into preparing the to-go meal in time for the live show.
