At Duarte Studios, branding is our DNA. We started out more than 20 years ago as a division of Jon Duarte Design Group – one of Hawaii’s top graphic design firms – so we’re well versed in growing and fortifying brands for our clients. We carefully construct our imagery, combining artistry and expertly manipulating lighting, to elicit a specific emotion that resonates with your audience. Process
Discovery
In our four-phased process of Discovery, Pre-production, Production and Post-production, Discovery is the most important. We’ll learn about your project’s goals, direction and desired out comes. We’ll also discover who you are as a brand, and develop a photography or video concept around these answers.

Pre-Production
Putting together the right cast and crew for your production is one of our strengths. We handle everything from creating the shot list and overall style, to script writing (for video) and holding casting sessions. Location and logistics management is something you won’t need to worry about either. We scout, plan and coordinate schedules so you don’t have to.

Post-Production
Once the shoot is complete, there’s still more work to do – editing, color grading, voice overs and sound mixing (for video), to be exact. We’ll tackle them all before you see rough cut of your project. We’ll complete finessing the video and once we have your final approval, we’ll output the video in whatever format you’ll need

Behind the Lens
It takes a team to craft superb photography and video footage. Ours is a strongly collaborative one that enjoys flexing its creative muscle and is driven to produce stellar work for our clients.
